You and Your General Practice

We know that getting the right help from your GP practice can sometimes be a little confusing. That is why the NHS Patient Charter has put together a guide called “You and Your General Practice”.

The guide outlines what you can expect from us and will help you get the most from the NHS. It has lots of helpful information, including:

• How and when to contact your GP Practice
• How to find or use online services
• What to do when your GP Practice is closed
• Who might help you
• How to provide feedback or raise concerns
